Our structure is located in Focene, nearby Fiumicino airport, and close to the nice seaside resorts of the roman coast.
We are within walking distance of both Focene pine-wood and the WWF Oasis of Macchiagrande and close to the new Fair of Rome and the shopping malls "Parco Leonardo" and "Da Vinci Market". The structure has been recently renewed. The staff at your service is well experienced and kind. We take a pride in the cleanliness of our structure and your well-being is our main aim.

"In the garden, there is the possibility of using the barbecue for lunch or outdoor dinners. Upon reservation, we offer parking service inside and shuttle service to and from the airport. One of our jewels, the reading corner, is located at the top of the stairs, under a striking crystal pyramid. It's the details that make the moment special: for example, you can request, for your arrival, a bottle of chilled champagne, a basket of fresh fruit, or a beautiful floral arrangement. From the stairs, you access the terrace that offers a 360-degree view and you can appreciate the fresh evening breeze.
